To register and maintain an active Account on SKF777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the Platform

• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring account action
• A determination that the User is a minor or does not otherwise meet eligibility requirements

Upon account termination for cause, any Account balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements and deduction of any fraudulently obtained funds may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion. SKF777 will notify the User of the reasons for termination where legally permissible and not prejudicial to an ongoing investigation.

SKF777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform, by email to your registered address, or through a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendments to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 4.4. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed and incorporated, as applicable. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Note for Pakistani Users: SKF777 is not licensed in Pakistan. Pakistani users access the Platform subject to the laws of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction and, concurrently, to the laws of Pakistan that apply to their own conduct.
